Once your benefit plan is in place, WSA
provides comprehensive administration to make certain the
plan continues to operate as designed for your business. We
will:
- Determine the eligibility of all employees.
- Provide enrollment, beneficiary, investment and deferral
election forms.
- Prepare summary financial statements for your plan.
- Allocate any declared contributions and forfeitures.
- Provide a valuation report summarizing various account
types and investment funds by participant and plan totals.
- Provide participant statements including all accrued
contributions.
- Determine "key" and "highly compensated"
employee status.
- Provide discrimination testing (ADP/ACP for 401(k) plans)
at least annually or as often as requested.
- Determine refund amounts if failing ADP/ACP tests.
- Provide top heavy testing.
- Provide minimum coverage testing.
- Provide average benefits and general testing under 401(a)(4)
if needed.
- Determine deductible contribution limits.
- Determine maximum contribution limits under 415 and 402(g)
(annual deferral limit).
- Provide investment allocation between participant-directed
funds (if not provided by custodian of funds).
- Provide IRS Form 5500 and related schedules.
- Provide Summary Annual Reports for participants.
- Prepare notices and election forms for terminated participants
(also IRS Forms 1099-R and 945 if not prepared by custodian
of funds).
- Prepare any notices and forms for hardship withdrawals
or participant loans.
- Assist with all Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO)
processing.
